• Key member of achieving Academy Accreditation (6-month process) with the All India Football Federation (AIFF); received a 3 out of 5 star rating • Developed and managed sponsor relationships • Managed key tournaments; this involved coordination with teams, completion of registration and team logistics on and off the field • Focused on developing girls’ football through organizing female-centric tournaments and encouraging participation through strategic recruitment initiatives
