-Designing and operating the BCM system in line with the strategies and objectives of the company, regulations and ISO. -Performing business impact analysis processes across the company and subsidaries. -Preparing disaster drill plans including various scenarios. -Preparing disaster recovery test plan of critical business services. -Performing disaster recovery exercises periodically, following up findings and remediations. -Preparing BC plan and procedures. -Coordinating trainings and awareness programmes.

-IT Continuity Management: Managing and defining the IT Continuity strategies and plans. Conducting business impact analysis processes with RSA Archer. Determining and validating availability risk levels. Performing DR exercises. -IT Governance,Service and Process Management: Designing and implementing IT processes according to the ITIL, COBIT, BNPP IT framework and regulations in order to increase the quality and performance. Responsible for Change, Incident, Service, Application Lifecycle and License Mng.

-Working as first point of contact for three web based applications for variety of countries across Europe. -Prioritizing requests and problems by focusing on the needs of customers and developing efficient action plans to deliver services within agreed objectives, SLA and quality criteria. -Assisting and working in line with internal business partners and IT teams for further resolution actions where required. -Performing detailed regression tests covering, following releases of the web applications.

-Measuring and reporting on the quality and performance in Turkey, establishing and implementing Group standards, ensuring service and performance level commitments are set and achieved. -Developing and maintenance the Service Catalogue.
