New projects and ideas as a Team Leader, managing and innovating processes. Lead projects related to Con rods, camshafts and pistons using carbon inserts to possibility engine to run with low lubrication condition. Created an innovative for dry bearing lubrication (with carbon inserts) in the crankshaft forging press with 16 Ton working pressure. This innovative dry bearing was also used in the turning machines.

Scope of diesel exhaust after-treatment, investigations with a heavy-duty Diesel combustion system. .Programming of a model for simulation of a Catalyzer system for controlling of NOx emission using fluid ammonia (SCR – Selective Catalyzer Reduction). Realize adjustments of different emission profiles, using exhaust gas after-treatment components, varying the individual motor parameters like: intake air pressure, fuel rail pressure, injection timing, pilot and post injection.
