Manufacturing of towels, home textile products, beachwear and baby products. The towel production unit produces an average of 250 tons per month, employs an average of 200 people, and exports all products to European countries and America. Planned, coordinated and managed the entire operations, including weaving planning, raw fabric tracking, dyehouse planning and apparel production processes, accessory supply, packaging and packing and loading processes according to export customer order details.

Planned and managed all production cycle,bedding,pillows,sheets and quilts from purchasing to inventory management.Developed and implemented quality control procedures to minimis production costs and resolve problems.Defined equipment standards and sourced equipment for capacity increase projects.Coordinated with internal teams and suppliers during product development projects to secure transition into mass production.Led continuous improvement activities to ensure the right balance between cost and quality

Supervised and controlled the production operations and teams to track production performance and efficiencies. Oversaw process of identifying, designing, testing and introducing a new application in the development as an Automatex automation system management responsible. Improved and oversaw manufacturing processes of the towel manufacturing unit and applied engineering methods, including 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management, to design and manufacturing processes. Monitored manufacturing process involving raw materials to finished goods to ensure quality and productivity. Developed techniques to improve the process, production and quality of yarns and fabrics. Managed technical cases to include sample analysis, new product design and costings.
