Develop forecast for markets considering historical sales trends, statistical forecast models, demand drivers etc. Preparing yearly budget plans together with cross functions for sales/stock/production considering plant capacities. Provide capacity allocations of each market to the factory planning. Tracking monthly KPIs (Inventory level, Forecast accuracy, Customer service level) Conduct monthly S&OP meetings to review targets and define action plans

Tracking monthly logistics KPIs Following daily operations of 3rd party to ensure that service level and quality expections are being provided Making an agreement with 3rd party for month end closing about monthly activities and their costs. Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, WH stock projections Being involved in projects to increase efficiency, reduce logistics cost, implement new business models etc. Preparing yearly budget for Logistics costs according to the AC inputs

Capacity planning considering weekly changing forecast. Material planning considering weekly updated production plan & stock targets. Contributing many projects (NPDs, material transitions, productivity) Making analysis to improve plant KPIs(cycle time, compliance to schedule, case fill rate, DIOH etc.) Key User for the implementation of SAP PP&MM Modules( conducted between Feb.2013 - Feb.2014) and APO - Advanced Planning&Optimization Project conducted between May 2014 - July 2015
