• Management and oversight of Honeywell Aerospace Global Suppliers in the Southwest US as well as Mexico Territories. • Manage the supply base by actively tracking supplier performance in real time and take appropriate actions when decreasing trends are identified such as product & process audits, issuing corrective actions, initiation of supplier zero defect plans. • Evaluate supplier QMS systems, as well as ensure compliance to AS9100, AS9102, AS9145 and Honeywell Supplemental Purchase Order Conditions.

-Implementation of Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) both for internal quality issues and for customer claims. -Support and lead problem solving for customer claims and internal quality issues, through root cause and corrective action implementation. -Create work instructions and visual aids. -Assist with validations of new & transferred products from one location to the other (US to MEX). -Perform FAI’s. -Supervise, coordinate and technically revise the work of a limited group of technicians.

-Continues support with tool & equipment calibration. -Perform internal audits (processes and products). -Interpretation of engineering document specifications. -Elaborate FAIs (First Article Inspections).

-Knowledge of high pressure equipment (reservoirs at over 3000 PSI) regulations through the DOT. -Assembly of high pressure reservoirs. -Perform Testing to high pressure reservoirs.

-Elaborate Non-Conforming Material Reports . -Drawing interpretation. -laboration and interpretation of FAI’s . -Use of measuring instruments . -Interpret engineering document specifications.

-General customer service assistance. -Provide continuous customer support regarding technical issues. -Billing inquiries.
