I work in the Precious Metal Global Business Unit as an Intern in the Commercial Excellence Department at Heraeus. I have been involved in different projects which seek to Improve, develop and optimize the sales and customer service organization. Projects I work in: Product Portfolio Web-shop Contract Management System Optimizing daily reports in Excel Building Dashboards for internal analysis

Most of the tasks were: Obtaining data from the servers, transforming it in valuable information and presenting it to the Executive Director Building Dashboards to the key account managers Building KPI's to monitoring the business Working closely to the Marketing and Product Development departments to make increase revenues
