- Responsibility for creation and implementation of online sales promotions and direct marketing activities (news letters, banner, etc) - Sales-oriented placement of the promotional products and brands in the online shop (www.zooplus.it) - Monitoring and analysis of sales KPIs - Continuous observation of the market and realization of competition and price comparisons - Close coordination with the departments of Online Marketing and Customer Service

- Potential strategic partners’ scouting to evaluate M&A, Joint Ventures, OEM agreement: product offering range, network structure, financial analysis, manufacturing organization - Competitors’ Benchmark: market presence analysis, market shares analisys - Business Case preparation and Cash Flow analysis: collecting data from different functions (sales, manufacturing, finance) - Project Management of special projects: company integration in CNHi organization (i.e. Kongskilde acquisition)

- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, TV, Radio) - Work with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising, sponsorship, and promotional materials - National events coordination for the new products launch (branding, sponsorship and partnership): i.e. NBA 3X tour - Create monthly reports showing results of lead generation, content creation, website traffic, product penetration

- Management of the entire online product life cycle - E-commerce creation through CMS (Wordpress/Shopify) - E-bay store management - Google Analytics report (source, location, age, bounce rate) - Targeting the Online and Offline promotional campaigns - Social Network presence management and promotional campaigns setting (mainly Instagram and Facebook) - Content Management/Production (photo/video shooting) - E-mail marketing through an external provider (Mail chimp)
