Act as a cross-functional interface between Customer Service, IT, Product, Marketing, and Editorial, driving webshop and sales process optimisation. Support identification and resolution of technical issues, manage projects end-to-end, lead e-commerce improvement initiatives, ensure quality assurance for new features and campaigns, and oversee subscription models across internal systems and Shopify.

Led four Business Operations teams (QA, Store Data, Product & Development Stakeholder Management, Content). Ensured high-quality, timely campaign delivery and worked hands-on with five agile dev teams. Supported roadmap and sprint planning, prioritisation, and requirement writing with PMs/POs. Established new processes and best practices, collaborated with partners such as IKEA and OBI, and rolled out a company-wide Jira bug reporting hub for 280 employees, including maintenance and analysis.

Led an incubation project to build a new app from operational side, overseeing all platform content. Worked closely with developers, product owners, online marketing, CRM, ASO, and Sales teams. Owned content planning and creation using Adobe InDesign, expanded the brand portfolio, and improved overall data quality to support scalable growth.

Responsible for quality assurance of 30,000 content pieces per week, ensuring correct visibility, placement, and traffic settings across devices and operating systems. Reported issues to relevant teams, supported data administration and optimisation, contributed to system and workflow improvements, and created and edited online content.
