Overview: Perform hardware commissioning, integration, and maintenance of Amazon’s next-generation automated fulfillment infrastructure - Vulcan Robots. My primary focus is to deploy, maintain and commission the Vulcan Robots working cells. Cognizant Mobility | Validation Engineer (Flying Doctor) Dec 2024 – Present Lead on-site commissioning and Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) for autonomous mover vehicles -Holon Mover(PT1/PT2). Performed ECU flashing, CAN logging, OBD checks, HV commissioning, and troubleshooting. Solved ~60% of on-site customer issues, reducing delays and costs. Perform deep Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on critical failures involving High Voltage systems, BMS, and electro-mechanical assemblies. Execute retrofit and rework

Defined & executed test cases in INStep for external sound ECUs (Audi, Ford, Fisker). Developed comprehensive test cases ensuring full traceability in InStep/DOORS. Performed automated qualification tests using CANoe and VT Studio, significantly reducing manual testing overhead. Managed defect reporting and collaborated with cross-functional teams to close critical issues before production release. Contributed to ISO 26262-compliant validation and customer reporting.
