Led project to outsource supply chain and finance operations functions to a third-party logistic provided. Provided business support to the Latin America’s Regional General Manager in regards to Strategic, Financial, Operational and Compliance related issues.

Planned, supervised and performed financial, operational and security audits worldwide. Developed annual plans for Audit Committee approval and assisted external auditors to review the consolidated financial statements under GAAP.

Oversaw all financial reporting activities involving 32 offices located in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Closely involved with international tax, treasury and information technology issues. Supervised over 20 professionals.
