As a ScrumMaster, helping my team (and other teams) to deliver value to clients, increasing their ownership of the project and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Backlog Grooming Session, Sprint Review Meeting, Release Planning and Sprint Planning sessions, Sprint Retrospectives). I also run advanced methods, like Dual-Track Scrum, focused on continuous discovery, and help customers to define acceptance criteria. I used to run periodic feedback meetings with the team members individually.

Using agile practices from Kanban method to track activities, the main activities were analysis and development of Contact Center solutions, database modeling (Erwin Data Modeler), and development in Oracle (PL/SQL, SQL, Procedures, Functions, Packages, Jobs, Schedules). I also worked with configuration management (CM), focused with software versions and updates, guiding other interns how to use the version control system Subversion, and teaching to other interns how to do the same job I did.

Software residency program for training developers in BADA mobile language and developing mobile applications. During the mobile applications development, we used technologies like BADA, C++ and SQLite, using some agile practices from Kanban.
