In charge of building and maintaining constructive relationships with potential and existing customers, focusing on analysis of users’ feedback and providing viable insights leading to a strategic development of the overall company's retention-business plan.

Primary contact to passengers with a proactive role in on-board public relations and overall cruise experience, developing daily programs, hosting cocktail parties, gala dinners, arranging VIP tours and activities, wedding and vow renewals, birthdays, anniversaries, and honeymoon packages. Responsible for the presentation and promotion of shore excursions offered in the various ports of call, escorting the passengers regularly to ensure product and port knowledge and to monitor the quality of tours.
