Ensuring the efficient, cost-effective and compliant operation of Kempinski Trading activities in order to achieve company targets. Responsible for all international inbound and outbound deliveries for the two warehouses. Managing the day to day operations, resolving issues, ensuring that orders are delivered to Hotels efficiently. Taking the lead in improving the supply chain process and the implementation of new business requirements.

Responsible for the Operations Team of the Key Accounts of Kuehne + Nagel Seafreight Department. Accountable for monitoring performance, managing exceptions and deliver value to the selected list of Strategic Key Accounts. Key objectives include managing operational performance against agreed upon metrics with the Customer and Key Account Managers. Pro-actively improve the existing solution through analysis of historic data.

Ensuring smooth end to end Seafreight operations for Kuehne + Nagel Key Account. Handling and coordination of Import Shipments to the Kuehne + Nagel Warehouse, being responsible for the Invoicing and month end closing (FSL)
