Carrie out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

Responsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties: Assisting in maintaining the human resource database and all employee records and files. Handling payroll processing and tracks and reports payroll information. Assisting in informing new employees of human resource policies and programs as needed.
