Overall responsibility for all Recruitment & Integration processes and services to the Group, set up and development of appropriate strategies and action plans to serve this function and the international expansion of the company. Recruitment and contract management for various countries (CH, Lux, B, D, E, GB, USA). In charge of the integration of new hires. Creation and development of Skills Grids and of a new performance appraisal system. Compensation & Benefits Surveys for various EU countries.

Set up the Swiss Personnel administration structure, creation and development of various HR procedures and tools. Payroll and administration for Switzerland (3 locations). In charge of Personnel administration for Swiss-based employees.

In charge of fixed-term employees management : definition of needs, job description, agencies management, interviews, follow-up of performance and clients satisfaction. In charge of HR administration and interface with HR Aubonne. Administration of incoming applications. Management of the language training program.

Majored in Human Resources Management Modules included HR Management (HEC Lausanne), Employment Law (UNIL Law Faculty), Personnel Management (Neuchâtel University) Diploma Thesis in HR Management.
