Scope: 37 countries divided in 11 markets, 137 stores (retail only) + Head Office based in Paris. In a very international and fast-paced environment, I actively contributed to Louis Vuitton's HR Development initiatives in the EMEA zone. As HR Manager Turkey, I provided guidance to managers and senior managers, was responsible for recruitment, talent management, onboarding, C&B, internal policies and HRIS
