• Responsible for providing classroom instruction to students in a manner that is consistent with the course textbooks and/or lab materials. • Conduct practical exercises in classroom/lab environment and works closely with students to reinforce materials taught in the classroom/lab

• Responsible for assisting in promoting, improving, maintaining and supporting all Voice, Video and other collaboration platforms. Voice PBX, VTC on premise and cloud services and/or systems. • Responsible in the design of networks that include Voice and Video, selection of hardware and software packages. Participate in engineering projects or upgrades as needed. • Provide support and mantain UC system configurations for third parties, endpoint devices and related technology equipment and IT assets.

• Accountable and responsible for the Voice Core Network design and delivery. • Design and implementation of routing and switching of voice network interconnects. • Support management of the relevant mobile and voice core network element vendors. • Responsible for configuration and maintenance of GSM core network elements. • Engineering support for commissioning, integration, system acceptance testing and lab testing for Voice Core Network elements.

• Aethra, Huawei and Cisco Router/Switch configuration with FO technologies, ADSL ULL/WS, Frame Relay, FTTH, FTTS, GPON. • Configuration of Cisco Router. • VoIP configuration with SIP protocol. • Static Routing, BGP and access-lists/prefix lists configuration. • BGP configuration CPE/POP in redundancy scenarios of data/voice traffic. • DSLAM configuration. • Activation and configuration of Internet ADSL, HDSL, FTTH, GPON, VDSL lines. • Router configuration with all WAN routing protocols.
