- Respond to Siemens worldwide employee queries and support them in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or video chat - Identify user needs and help users to use OneSRM specific features - Follow up with users to ensure their technical issues related to the OneSRM platform are resolved - Support KHS customers by directing them to the next support level and offer various digital systems and solutions, such as the intelligent ReDiS remote maintenance system and Basic Line Monitoring

- Application of the Epistemic Network Analysis theories and research methods - Using the Epistemic Network Analysis Tool for Data analysis

- Prepare learning modules for tutoring sessions according to students' needs and goals - Support students in collaborative project work and assist them in applying learner-support theories - Moderation of the community page of the seminar
