My main tasks were focused around the work of my Project Manager. The team was entirely dedicated to the company Xerox. I was in charge of assisting the team in the process of the tracking of the projects and ensure the liaising with suppliers, country managers and creative agencies. I was also collecting datas for the Project Manager and monitoring the progress of the work and checking that it has been completed correctly. I learnt the meaning of "team work" and "communication"

During my internship at STEF Transportation, my mission included internal and external communication. Concerning the external one, I was in charge of the litigation & conflict management with clients and customers of the Benelux countries. About the internal one, I was in charge of the translation of administrative documents and the communication with the other agencies of the group. My work at STEF introduced me to the "logistic" world and all the aspects of a customer service.
