• Master Thesis: “Productivity Measurement & Resource Forecasting in 4PL Services” - Development of an Excel tool to forecast resources • Support to several activities regarding analysis of information, mapping of processes and the execution of 6 sigma projects

• Design and development of two Excel tools: one to improve the process of allocation of cargo within different transport suppliers according to WFP policy; and the second tool to efficiently manage the logistic services contracts by country office to improve the operations. Both to be implemented at a country level in the largest operations worldwide. • Analysis, map and benchmark of transport costs in large emergency operations throughout Africa.

I participated in different projects along the supply chain, executing different activities such as: • Assessment and design of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and inventory management processes. • Design and development of an Excel tool to support the MRP process to efficiently plan raw materials. • Define the optimal inventory levels. • Benchmark analysis of main operational KPI’s in breweries & malt facilities • Moderate top management workshops to develop improvement initiatives.

• Measure and monitor of internal human capital KPI’s. • Support in different change management activities within banking industry.
