Kazakhstan is emerging market economy and changes happen all the time. At time when the Soviet Union had collapsed, many people including myself had to adapt to the new economy and survive in constantly changing environment. After 6 years of working for Railway transport company, I successfully learnt a new profession and earn a bright experience in masculine culture in financial world of Kazakhstan.
