Maintenance engineer for Terni's site.

Directly reporting to Plant Operations Manager as the process engineer for the extrusion department (Bruckner/DMT Lines) I am responsible for: 1) Production lines' SOCs 2) Production lines' functional reporting/analysis 3) Most of production lines' CAPEX/Improvement projects 4) Technical specifications of most of production lines' process- related spares 5) Troubleshooting production lines.

Relations with customers and suppliers of the automotive market for the family’s private limited company (average turnover of 150k€/y over the last four years with a peak of 400k€ in 2009).

Directly reporting to the Global Lean Manufacturing Manager I was responsible for the implementation of lean tools in the Terni extrusion department. I also assisted the GLM Manager in setting up the “GLM community”. Full-time team member of a Task Force whose activity increased the productivity of the target production line by 30%. During this period I was in charge of several technical improvements and of the development of the OEE/OAE model for the extrusion lines.
