• Developing Maintenance Manuals such as CAME, MOE, Technical Procedures etc • Developing Maintenance Program for B737 Classic, • Consulting the management for choosing the aircrafts from JAT Airways fleet, • Coordinating with Macedonian CAA regarding getting AOC • Preparing maintenance project for maintenance personal for start up, • Preparing project for material needs for start up, • Preparing project for training of maintenance personnel

EASA From 4 post holder for Maintenance reporting to Accountable Manager Negotiating with MRO’s for base maintenance services Negotiating with Lease companies for leasing the aircrafts in MAT fleet Projecting the man resources in Technical Department Planning annual maintenance budget for MAT fleet and managing with it Technical Decision Board president Taking decisions for airworthiness of the aircraft

Coordinating and communicating with Macedonian CAA Airworthiness department Reporting to Technical Manager for current status of the fleet Advising the schedule for planned maintenance Member of Technical Decision Board Internal auditor in Quality System Analyzing Maintenance costs and proposing actions for reducing the costs

Preparing Engineering Orders, Work Orders and Work Packages, Preparing analysis for fleet utilization and dispatch reliability, Analyzing, recording and storing the documents after performed maintenance, Preparing documents needed for airworthiness review for Macedonian CAA, Performing troubleshooting for the defects that can’t be rectified by mechanics, Scheduling short and long term maintenance, Developing manuals in Technical Department,

• Dispatching the flight crew with all needed documents for flight, • Preparing flight plans for flights, • Taking care for dispatching the flights on time, • Coordinating with Maintenance and Flight Operations for all delays of scheduled flying, • Sending delays, movements and loadsheets to all departments, • Analyzing the documents from flights and storing according regulations
