I teach a variety of yoga styles such as Power, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative classes in a public, corporate, and private setting. I facilitate special seasonal workshops incorporating journaling and art projects to enable a sense of calm, productivity, and emotional self-worth. I have partnered with local businesses to encourage more mindful practices in the workspace, in parks, and in unconventional spaces.

• Onboarded new clients (startup founders and venture builders) and organized virtual community events to build ongoing support and retention in a global network on Slack.• Created a consistent and reputable brand identity by maintaining social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin.• Implemented and designed monthly email newsletter campaigns to highlight product updates, valued clients, and bonus to increase community value.

I designed print and digital media to correspond with the centre’s ongoing operating calendar, special events, and promotions of Health & Fitness departmental outreach goals. I trained and motivated team members on the weekly and monthly sales objectives, creating videos, manuals and tests while utilizing a new CRM software. I assisted the Sales Director to provide realistic sales strategies to improve new customer acquisition and strengthen existing customer retention.

I provided exceptional customer service and establishing an inclusive and safe environment for students to practice yoga and mindfulness. I created content campaigns and scheduling social media calendar to leverage events promotion, enhance brand awareness, and stimulate user engagement. I built community support for external events hosted outside of the yoga studio, including pop-up and private group classes.
