I work as the Human Resources Manager at Revolabs Inc. A small private Wireless Audio Engineering Company. I handle all the benefits, implementation, upkeep, as well as payroll and 401k's. I assist with the recruiting, hiring, interviews, screening, job postings, gathering and distributing new hire paperwork, set up of new employees. I assist in the Marketing department, help with event planning, book reservations, conduct photoshoots with new products, develop contact and distributor lists, group mailings.
