• Together with senior legal counsels, I completed a global legal framework to be able to implement/develop AI products. • Created the ‘AI at Randstad’ website serving as a knowledge hub for AI. • I created a strategy paper on the impact of AI and how it affects society. Following the signed partnership with a world leading AI company: • Scrum Master (Agile) of global legal and data team. • Fully responsible for crisis communication and documentation followed by a European Union regulatory investigation on AI products. Together with experts, I created the Randstad AI principles. • Identified business needs for EU countries to create implementation plan of AI products. • Solely responsible for the creation of a golden dataset and bias mitigating measurements.

• Working with McKinsey on negotiation of partnership with a world leading AI company. I combined technical possibilities with business benefits to deliver the final product requirements. • Leading the user interface team to develop a matching solution, connecting potential candidates to a job, based on deep learning neural network. • Successfully implemented an automated chat function in 14 countries.
