Highlights: 1. Lead person in qualification and EBR run of new devices and device transfers. 2. Created setup isolation procedure (Out of Control Action Plan) for operators. 3. Created setup file creation procedure for Engineers and Technicians. 4. Implemented standard naming convention for prober setup files. 5. Optimized the method of automatic detection and holding of lots with significant site-to-site yield variance.

Highlights: 1. Trained newly hired operators in EG2001 probers (2 of these trainees became trainers). 2. Made a 0.7mm x 0.7mm die size device run in EG2001 setup (very small die size for this prober model) 3. Created tester calibration procedures for technicians.

Highlights: 1. Modified the STI TR48’s (gravity-fed tape and reel machine) input track to resolve PLCC and JLCC package’s processing problem. 2. Restored and sustained Systemation ST60 tape and reel machine.
