Responsible for driving the product portfolio to create revenue and profitable growth in the Independent Aftermarket. This includes pricing, product management, the utilization of the different marketing tools, the support of the planning and forecasting processes, as well as the New Product Introduction process. Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director of Honeywell Friction Materials. Managing a team of 3 Product Managers and 1 Marketing Manager.

For the Central European region, I am in charge of developing an overall strategy for the business, deploy it through the Sales organization and guide it towards volume realization.

The ECLP program consisted in 4 x 6 month rotations accross regions & businesses: • European Business Development Manager for GE Healthcare Financial Services in London. • Sales Efficiency Manager at GE Capital Solutions in the US (Global HQ) • Product Manager for GE Money Bank in Germany • Strategic Marketing Manager for GE Capital Solutions in France.
