Emrah Mujarić

I have spent a year educating myself in several fields, mostly aimed at the :” Tech” Industry, learning how to correctly use several types of programs and software to my advantage. Throughout this period, I have worked on several projects, domestic as well as work for international companies. Some of the work I have done in this period: Flyers, Banners, Logos, Management, Web Design, Furniture design/Architecture, etc.

Currently working in an Italy-based gaming company as a Customer/Sales Agent. Some of the tasks I have are: daily communication with customers as well as potential customers, order processing and selling our services to potential customers.

Spent over a year as an associate working for N-Max Zagreb, the time I have spent with the company, has proven to be a great asset, as I have learned about marketing tactics, market research, as well as putting myself in the consumer’s shoes using psychology to my advantage to provide results with whom my employer will be satisfied.

I have worked for 2 years for a tourism rental and real estate management company based in Switzerland. Throughout those years, I have perfect my customer service and used the knowledge I have acquired in the marketing industry to provide results that have changed the company for the better!

As a young individual, my first job was working as a community(marketing) manager, functioning as a one-man Human Resource department. I have spent 3 years learning about server management, customer relations, and communication. Along the way, I have learned graphical design as well as web design, which was further improved by my education.
