Directs Business and Technology delivery of consumer and shared services, digital and business transformation initiatives, reporting to the SLT. Runs a portfolio worth 50 Mio CHF/yr, heading an international team of 12 Program Managers and Business Analysts in CH and AT. Lead market launch of strategic portfolio of initiatives for Sales, Mktg, Online, C. Care, Finance, SCM, HR, Legal & Reg. units, assessing business value, cost, technological complexity, resource needs, implementation quality and timings.

Oversee and lead all aspects of program portfolio encompassing strategic products to introduce into CH and AT markets. Responsible for all consumer facing strategic deliveries, leading a portfolio worth 35 Mio CHF/yr, heading a team of 7 project and program managers and reporting to the VP of Business Deployment. Reporting to SMT on program execution. Delivery assurance of commercial, online and product driven initiatives, from requirements gathering and definition to post launch operational readiness.

Member of upc Switzerland Business Deployment team with responsibility to deliver complex and strategic company-wide initiatives and programs, from early concepts to market launch, reporting to Director of Business Deployment and executive board for program execution. Drive business design definition to scope delivery, challenging overall commercial benefits and influencing towards maximal customer experience, operational efficiency and financial performance.

Responsibility for all account development and management of +€10M annual portfolio covering the Iberian and Morocco region comprised of major mobile players such as Telefónica, Vodafone or Portugal Telecom. Accountable for enforcing delivery and support deliverables for all Mobile Data Services and Broadband applications, as per data management and governance practices for all business continuity critical real time solutions. Reported to Europe Key Accounts Director, in line to VP Operations for Europe.

Leader of Vodafone services delivery team, managing an account growing quickly to +€35M annually. Delivery responsibility for the Vodafone Portugal program, acting as SPOC for all contractual deliverables. Strong focus in attaining business continuity through proper data handling and processes integrity throughout the program for the real time operation mission critical customer solutions delivered (wireless access - GSM/GPRS/UMTS, FWA – IN and VPN Data applications, VAS Data solutions development).

Accountable for all support services deliverables integrity, acting as main interface with Vodafone’s Network Quality, Planning, Design and Operations Departments, for all solutions delivered: Wireless 2G/ 3G, Intelligent Network, Fixed Wireless Access.
