Helping Strategic clients to shape their programmatic strategy in European markets using Exchange Lab's Proprietary Meta-DSP. Working with sales team on RFPs by leveraging both prior campaign experience and in-depth knowledge of available products and solutions. Training and developing staff in the Operations team on platform specific options, processes and best practices. Ensuring the clients are up-to-date with day to day campaign performance as well as hot topics in the industry.

Managing strategic accounts for Display, Video and Mobile campaigns in UK, Netherlands and Denmark. Liaising with client services and sales team to build strategy proposals for prospective activities. Managing revenue and margins for Denmark and Netherlands regions. Troubleshoot technical issues both internally and with third party vendors. Ensuring Operations team is up to date with new features of DSP and newly on-boarded third party vendors.
