Responsible with the performance of fuel system components (fuel tank, brackets, straps, fuel lines, fasteners) of Ford Trucks (Cargo program). Implementation of design changes according to customer feedbacks and production line needs.

Designing and simulation of a new hinge system for Active-Hood for pedestrian safety (NX9, Hypermesh, LS-Dyna). Designing and simulation of actuator system and airbags to cover A-pillars (Hypermesh, LS-Dyna)

Creating a Front Airbag Model by using FEM preprocessor like ANSA, Pam-Crash, evaluating results in Animator and Pam-View. Performing crash simulations and evaluating HIC values of Dummies
