• Primary business owner and commercial representative on all aircraft interior design initiatives, including both retrofits and new aircraft specification • Define product and ensure it meets Hawaiian Airlines’ commercial and operational objectives • Manage all design agencies and 3rd party suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of programs.

Main Projects: • Type Certification of A330-200F: lead team of 20-30 people in in matrix-organization • Certification coordinator for A320P2F for Germany: lead team of 40-50 people in matrix organization • Certificaton of new A380 Cockpit door: lead international team of 20-30 people. • Negotiations with the European Airworthiness Authority on methods of showing compliance for aircraft certification projects; consulting of engineering departments inside of Airbus regarding limits of certifiability

• Authorized to independently certify changes to the aircraft cabin • Improved outdated procedures in certification, • Reduced time and costs in certification process • Managed German certification activities for the conversion of A320 Passenger Aircraft to Freighters • Acted as liaison between German, French, and Russian teams • Implemented cross-functional working groups, maintaining short decision-making processes in spite of the diverse nationalities and mentalities involved in the project.

• Negotiated with major suppliers, key customers in USA, Middle East, and Asia and Air Safety Authorities. • Established feasibility of customers’ design • Maintained quality control. • Met Air Safety Authorities standards
