Key accounts including Royal Mail, Australia Post, major Swiss banks in key transactional software solutions

Define, implement and lead creation of shared IT services from local, disparate IT teams as part of optimization and implementation of key strategic IT plans (ERP, CRM, PLM, etc.) > 180 FTEs in 15 countries, budget > 30 m euro

Deploy shared IT applications in post de-merger environment while restructuring / optimizing

Create shared services and IT strategy for Thales Underwater Systems (5 locations - Australia, UK, France) with > 150 FTEs supporting IT applications and infrastructure

CFO and CIO for EMEA: Post Acquisition integration and relocation of all Financial and IT services to Ireland, and overall finance management of 300m USD distribution operations of European division of US IT Hardware provider.
