Start up of the Procurement and Projects area across the organisation, Successful development and implementation of procurement policies, processes and procedures to introduce best practices Managing and motivating the procurement team delivering 30% hard savings in average on all new contracts Overseeing the management of key major projects to secure on time and within budget completion.

Development of sourcing strategies on the EMEA & Asia region, deployment of eAcutions and procurement best practices across the region. Deployment of procurement best practices across the EMEAA region, i.e. Strategic Sourcing Methodologies, Request For Proposals and e Auctions, Successfully negotiating categories, towards the reduction of working capital through the negotiation of consignment.

• Accountable for delivering negotiation for the securing of contracts across multiple categories such as Marketing, Electrical spare parts, Office Stationary, IT Consumables. • Achieving significant savings through the application of the Strategic Sourcing Methodologies and eAuctions.

Consultancy services in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Processes and Procurement, playing a key role in the delivery of numerous projects • Implemented a procurement catalogue tool called Requisite in North and South America for Cemex • Delivered a wide range of expert advice within the software i2 for the administration of the Supply Chain Management.
