Resinance was a high grade custom furniture business which specialized in furniture made out of exotic woods and professional joinery. Resinance made use of Scumban by incorporating the use of a Kanban board, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews , and retrospectives. My team building skills were drastically improved as I worked with a team on a daily basis and built up positive relationships with other companies.
