Managed a team of systems and network engineers responsible for a web hosting (server, application, firewall, and load-balancing) infrastructure spread across three data center locations.

Led systems administration and support activities for the UNIX systems managed by the University’s Administrative Services organization.

Level Three Technical Lead in IBM’s National Support Center for core AIX support categories. Supervised a team of specialists responding to call queues for the rollout of AIX Supportline services.

Provided technical support for sales as an RS/6000 Systems Engineer for the Chicagoland Metro branch.
