• Daily hardware monitoring of HP ProLiant DL rack servers, HP EVA storage clusters, Brocade SAN clusters, switches, and tape libraries; reporting of hardware failures in accordance with the SLA agreement. • Analysis, creation, and implementation of documentation for cooling, power, and all other requirements of the data centers within the framework of two major modernization projects in Ankara and Istanbul.

• Defined requirements and managed the open-source application GLPI Inventory/Helpdesk based on PHP/PostgreSQL • Migrated the existing Gentoo-based servers to Debian servers (approx. 600 physical live servers) • Documented the troubleshooting process in detail and step-by-step

• Data backup to LTO media with HP Data Protector • Disaster recovery planning for branch offices • Backup scripts with Python and rsync • Tested Acronis Backup Server and Client app. Management in the test environment

• Mgmt. of 600 Linux servers (RHEL and Debian) and 10.000 thin clients • Admin of IMAP/Postfix, BIND, OpenLDAP, Apache, NFS, PXE, NTP, DHCP, CUPS • Mpath connection Linux servers and SAN env. • Mgmt.
