• Managed and developed knowledge and communication content (e.g. webinars, factsheets, and presentations) for an IDB-led platform that brings together stakeholders and experts in port management, trade, and logistics in the Caribbean from government, business, and academia. • Supported the development and review of a technical study on short-sea shipping in the Caribbean.

• Advised Head of GE Power Germany on policy matters related to energy generation, efficiency, and conservation. • Supported public policy and analytical work in the areas of energy and environment at the German and European levels. • Monitored and reported on relevant projects and tenders financed by multilateral development banks. • Contributed to drafting and editing of communications materials, including studies and online content.

Hand-selected as one of 14 young professionals from the United States to participate in two high-level work placement programs, three professional seminars, and intensive language training in Germany. • Supported ALSTOM Power AG’s communications, public policy, and outreach work in the areas of energy and environment. • At Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK), maximized efforts to forge alliances by developing and presenting a proposal for communications strategy on TTIP.

• Managed and executed a broad range of programs for the implementation and utilization of existing trade agreements in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) with Europe and the United States. • Supported technical, legal, and data harmonization efforts for the implementation and interconnectivity of single window projects in LAC. • Contributed to regional integration efforts by providing technical assistance to the negotiations of the Pacific Alliance.

• Provided strategic advice to Fortune 500 companies on macroeconomic policy developments mainly in Europe and LAC, with a focus on intellectual property rights, economic sanctions, and energy policy. • Evaluated economic, legal, and policy issues in support of trade-related submissions to different U.S. government agencies, including the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. • Provided guidance on decision-making processes in the European Union and its institutions.
