São Paulo State University (UNESP) is one of Brazil’s largest public research universities, with 24 campuses and ~50,000 students. During my PhD in Chemical Engineering, I elucidated the interaction mechanism between the chemiluminescent probe AMPPD and serum albumin, revealing an unexpected ~100-fold luminescence enhancement. The work combined luminometry, fluorimetry, UV–Vis spectroscopy, and molecular docking (AutoDock, Vina, GOLD).

During my internship at Servus Bier Cervejaria — a craft brewery in Bauru founded by master brewer Nikolaus Engelmayer Bauernebl, a Hungarian/Austrian-born brewer with decades of experience including senior roles at the Brahma Brewery (now Ambev) in Agudos — I worked on process scale-up and production optimization of artisanal beer, gaining hands-on experience in fermentation control, quality assurance, and industrial process workflows.

University of São Paulo (USP) is Brazil’s largest and top-ranked public university, with over 90,000 students and 6,000 faculty members. During my Master’s research in Polymeric Biomaterials, I synthesized 20 novel biopolymers from biologically active monomers via enzymatic green chemistry routes. Characterization included NMR, FTIR, MALDI-TOF, GPC, GC, GC-MS, and lyophilization, strengthening my expertise in polymer synthesis and sustainable materials engineering.
