    São Paulo State University (UNESP) is one of Brazil’s largest public research universities, with 24 campuses and ~50,000 students. During my PhD in Chemical Engineering, I elucidated the interaction mechanism between the chemiluminescent probe AMPPD and serum albumin, revealing an unexpected ~100-fold luminescence enhancement. The work combined luminometry, fluorimetry, UV–Vis spectroscopy, and molecular docking (AutoDock, Vina, GOLD).

During my Master’s research in Polymeric Biomaterials, I synthesized 20 novel biopolymers from biologically active monomers via enzymatic green chemistry routes. Characterization included NMR, FTIR, MALDI-TOF, GPC, GC, GC-MS, and lyophilization, strengthening my expertise in polymer synthesis and sustainable materials engineering.
