Facilitate the ongoing annual Third Party risk assessment processes for the Technology department at US Bank. Works with Relationship managers and Third Party contacts to gather a comprehensive overview of the Third Party's overall risk to the Bank. Manage any issues that arise within and outside the reassessment process. Manage Significant Change requests, remediate Unacceptable risk ratings, foster Third Party relationships with the Bank.

Work with internal employees to fix computer hardware and software related issues. Password and other security assistance.

Supported 70+ individuals in 5+ academic departments with all their technology needs. Worked with Sr. Systems Admin with Active Directory, printing services, software deployment, machine image creation and deployment. Worked with other employees to implement projects to make IT easier to use and understand by the school's population.

Student worker under the Computer Repair Services. Desktop and end-user support for the campus with hardware and software support. Helped manager departmental labs and was a point of contact for Help desk
