As Acting Deputy Head of IT and Senior Consultant, I oversee ICT risk, governance, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience. I developed the DORA Register of Information and ICT criticality methodology; defined ICT risk appetite, KPIs, and KRIs; enhanced 50+ IT and security policies; and monitored resilience testing and remediation. I also aligned more than 10 outsourcing agreements with DORA, supported FINMA compliance, and advised senior management on technology risk.

Led the Global Project Office and Central Outsourcing Management, overseeing a €30M project portfolio as CISO and DPO. Maintained operational and technology continuity during sanctions, disruptions, and vendor withdrawals. Directed outsourcing governance in line with MaRisk and EBA requirements, advanced information security strategy, and improved business continuity management. Coordinated BaFin remediation, supported DORA readiness, and ensured data protection compliance.

Directed business continuity and operational resilience programs across Hong Kong, Singapore, Bulgaria, the UK and the US. Managed 60 continuity representatives, strengthening governance, risk assessments, KPIs, and processes. Standardized procedures to protect critical operations, increase efficiency, and minimize disruption risk. Awarded the BCI Global and European Awards (2016) for effective recovery.
