International Managing Consultant with a strong focus on the German & Swiss market.

In this job I managed the Exam Office (4 FTE), Study Coordinators (3 FTE), Educators (3.5 FTE), IT Coordinator (1 FTE) and flex teachers (40+). Since I started, my main focus was to (re)structure the organization, write and implement processes and motivate people to always strive for the better. Next to the ops management, I was responsible for the development of our University of Applied Science with the aim of an extension of our (NVAO) accreditation in 2017 (in which we succeeded in June 2017)

In this function I was as a HR workstream owner responsible for a successful implementation of a new customer Philips in a new warehouse (40.000m2). Since May 2013 I am located at the site as a HR Officer and part of the Management Team.

In this function I was responsible for the resource planning of our employees working in our new warehouse (40.000m2). In two months time we scaled up from to 0-600 flex employees for a new customer Microsoft. Upon entry Ceva I was enrolled in the intern Ceva talent program. This is a year program containing site visits and trainings focused on personal growth and development.

Tasks: - Coordinating and facilitating internships for students, and facilitating on the area of contract research and contract education between companies and researchers of the Nijmegen School of Management. - Tasks: co-organizing two projects named RESORG PhD School and Project Our Common Future 2.0. - Collecting and discovering patterns of international examples of sustainable organization to help Prof. J. Jonker.
