Management of all aspects of the company and in charge of the following roles and responsibilities: • Procurement Specialist: • Sales Specialist; • Logistics Specialist: ; • Production Planner; • Quality Specialist; • Administrative Specialist.

•Maintaining the client and candidate database on a daily basis; •Processing, checking and updating the information in the local database (candidates, jobs and organizations); •Updating records to include deleting, changing, or adding data to profiles; •Assisting consultants with daily database problems and requests; •Updating and advising international candidates; •Perform receptionist functions (handle inbound calls and re-direct as appropriate, take adequate messages when required, welcoming guests)

•Schedule and follow up meetings, press events, conventions and workshops; •Correspondence with international journalists, press offices and media; •Prepare internal reports and statistics using Office tools; •Handling confidential documents (contracts, invoices, etc.); •Coordination and preparation of press reviews, presentations, brochures and training material.
