• Assisting the director with projects and initiatives by completing assigned tasks; • Working with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations; • Fulfill duties as assigned by the director; • Customer request management; • Order management and general logistic activities; • Handle escalation issues and quality claims.

• Active daily contact with customers to provide professional support; • Order management: insertion, rescheduling, cancellation, monitoring confirmations, production forecasts, lead times, availability/stock level check, reporting; • Coordination of delivery dates, tracking shipments at carriers, shipment release; • Hot item handling • Stock management by customer to avoid shortage or overstock; • Handle escalation issues, customer requests and queries, quality claims, returns; • Customer visit.
