Responsible for monitoring and reporting strategic initiatives and business development in scope of the regional growth strategies. Operating in a region covering Russia&CIS, Turkey, Middle East and Africa.

Responsible for the controlling activities of the legal entity in the group for automotive OEM, refinish and industrial coatings products.

I took role as the purchasing manager in the company, which was the business center for Turkey, Middle East and North Africa. The scope of my job was covering all procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, logistic solutions and technical purchasing. I led the department of 4 co-workers, providing procurement services for two group companies in Turkey.

I took role in achieving the company's indirect procurement activities for investment, maintenance, repair and various items as the Technical Purchasing Team Leader, heading two co-workers. Acting together with the global procurement structure within the company, choosing appropiate suppliers, supplier optimization, frame contract settlement for products and services were in the scope of my job.
