A senior software development manager in charge of product development, building and growing software development teams and establishing processes and standards; Managing multifunctional teams and working closely with the business teams to deliver features and products. I am also a technically sophisticated software engineer with broad experience in database development, business intelligence, data modelling, machine learning and strong expertise in database administration.

Create value out of data for our customers. In charge of data analytics and business intelligence in EMEA region at Computershare. Working across various business lines and different regions with a strong global exposure, building analytical, descriptive and predictive models using machine learning and advanced visualization techniques like Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.

Leading an intercultural development team of eight persons (Developers, Quality Assurance and DBA). Responsible for the implementation of requirements from diverse business units and applications following SCRUM or Kanban, including resource planning and budget. Coordinating efforts from other development teams. Security and Risk Management for all projects is a top priority at Computershare. Jointly responsible for integrating new business with our existing systems.

Leading a team of skilled technical specialists. The team is in charge for developing and supporting applications for clients outside of Germany (global applications). One of the goals is also to promote standards, create processes, investigate and introduce new technologies and tools, to develop and maintain frameworks, etc.
