My responsibilities include assisting with supplier onboarding processes, verifying Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from suppliers to ensure product specifications are met, maintaining and organizing quality documentation, and contributing to the development and review of audit checklists. Additionally, I help monitor adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), participate in internal audits, investigate non- conformities and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

I handled the communication of strategic quality assurance interventions across various business units including Ghana, Cape Verde, Guinea, Gambia, Liberia, and Mauritania. This role directly contributed to the promotion of quality management systems, continuous improvement and compliance awareness throughout the business.

Being the Sustainability Manager, I was in charge of developing and executing the company’s Sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s commitment to sustainability and ethical practices. I created internal materials to promote awareness and foster a culture of social responsibility. In this role, I supported quality assurance by promoting ethical sourcing, responsible production practices, and ensuring the company's operations met both environmental and social standards.

In this position, I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating consumer complaint resolution. Furthermore, I managed product registration and certification renewals, ensuring that all regulatory requirements were consistently met.

I was involved in the implementation of the company’s quality standards across all operational processes including conducting chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products. I also served as an integral member of the internal audit team, actively participating in audits to maintain regulatory adherence and identify areas for improvement.
