Responsible for CM on site level (tools, process, training). Established a new CM tool (Continuus). Build manager creating baselines, doing overnight compile tests. Responsible for SW deliveries to end customers. Active role in the CM part in reaching SW CMM level 3 Managed a CM tool change (Continuus -> Clearcase) incl. process update, training and deployment in a multi site context. Close cooperation with CM teams on partner sites to ensure an effective multi site CM process.

Configuration Manager in the DECT system controller team. Development of DSP SW. Project leader in the DECT DSP team.

SW development for cordless CT1+ and DECT phones. Working in European standardization groups (DECT protocol layers, ETSI group RES 3N).

SW development for ISDN terminals (Octophon). SW development for cordless CT1+ phones (MMI, protocol, drivers), PATSY and PATSY Family.
